Once the official Website(fe2026) is lunched, student have 10 to 15 days to register.
You Must enter your basic details llike CET score, 10th and 12th Grade information, ocntact details and reservation specific documents.
It is second step next to the online Registration & Document Upload. In this your documents are verify. You have two options to complete this step i.e.
A) Offline Verification
B) online Verification
A) Offline Verification (Recommended):
We stongly Recommended to this option. In this you want to visit phisically to scrutiny center(SC) or Facilltation Center(FC).
Requriments:-
You must carry your original documents along with two sets of photocopies(xerox).
Process:-
officials at the center will cross cheack your original documents against the photocopies. They will keep sets of photocopies and return your originals immediately. Once satisfied , they will approve and conform your form in system.
B) Online Verification:
In this you cannot visit a center. this process can be handled entirely through admission Website.
Process:
You have to upload all necessary documents to portal and select a SC center.
It is display on Admission Website. It is contain initial Ranking of all candidates who have successfully conformrd their form.
It is contain Different types of Rank like Maharashtra Sate Rank,All India Rank,Category Rank and Region,Division wise Rank.
Once the Provisional list is published then students must carefully cheak their details such as name,marks,etc.
If any error are found then next step is submit a "Grievances" which essentially a formal request for correction.
This can be done either through Website or by visiting a scrutiny center.
In this Step all correction is done which is provoided by the student. It is contain Final Rank of students.

In this step you allote any ine college from your Preference list/option form.

To secure the alloted seat to you, then you must visit the website to fill a seat Acceptance fee 1000/- rupees and freez your seat. After this you need to visit Institute phisically and submit your documents and pay the remaining fees to complete the addmision.
B) Betterment option
If you are not satisfied with allotment and wish to try for a higher-prefernce college in subsequent round,you can choose the Betterment option.
If you Frees your seat then you have to visit Institute and take admission.
Now, CAP Rounde 2 is started from.
In this From Step-6( Dislay CAP Round seat matrix) to step-10(Report to Institute) is same upto CAP-4.
This Round is occur after all CAP Rounds.
Purpose:
It used to fill remaining vacant seats in college after the main CAP process is over.
How it work:
Interested Student must visit the specific college phisically on schedule date to apply for these remaining seats.
Selection Criteria:
If there are more students than available seats, the college conduct a spot round base on merit selecting students with the highest marks among those present.
